We would stay there again without a doubt. The room was so large. The coffee bar onsite.
Everything was spot on.
-
The love hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly! The bed was good sized and comfy. Centrally located in the middle of the town.
-
Very convenient location.
They don't change towels every day.
-
The hotel is centrally located, all sights are within walking distance. Very comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast. The hotel has lived up to expectations.
Room view
-
The room was clean and spacious and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Location was very good, close to tram and in a good area of the city. When I mentioned the street name to Amsterdamers there was a lift of the eyebrows and they mentioned how it is one of the nicest/most expensive streets in the city.
The noise of creaky floorboards disturbed me a little (to be expected from an old building)

The location of the hotel is superb, near to most of Amsterdam attractions' It was clean and comfort, the staff were very nice and we can just recommend The hotel to any one who would like to know Amsterdam.
The breakfast was too expensive therefore we did not use it. Near the hotel some nice places that you can get breakfast In reasonable price. When arrived the hotel informed us that internet connection will Cost 6 EUR per hour which is enormous. But two days later they informed that internet charge will be 10 EUR for 24 hours which is acceptable. In that hotel price I would expect internet free.

Overall a good place to stay - close to trams, great breakfast, good ambience, helpful staff

Our family gave our son and his wife a holiday for their 40th birthdays. They had a wonderful time but particularly loved the hotel. The location was perfect and the balcony outside their bedroom was much appreciated. The views from here were excellent over the city. When any of our family visit Amsterdam, we intend to book at your hotel. Many thanks for making their holiday so perfect!!

Large, clean, comfortable room; quiet (4th floor room) despite the bustling location; well-placed for trams, sights and entertainment; friendly and efficient staff; good breakfast. Note that, contrary to a previous review, the lift does cover all 5 floors. We have stayed at many Amsterdam hotels and this is among the best, particularly if you can get a good deal.
Breakfast could have been served a little later - up until 10 perhaps.

Helpful staff, big room, canal view, good central location
Restaurant is very poor, cleaness of the hotel's corridors and room do not correspond to 4 stars, towels smell, absence safe-box in the room - I put something expensive to the reception's safe, but staff did not treat with it kindly - it was knocked against plastik safe-box and could damage... (Fortunately, all was ok) And the impossibility to open windows. And I came to the DTFH from the Switzerland, swiss hotel gave me free card for using all public transport during all my staying Switzerland - it was very good. And the last, water is more expensive than flowers in Holland... Why do not you put some fresh flowers in the room???

I loved the canal view from our room on the 4th floor. The location was very convenient to the Tram stop just outside.(There wasn't much noise from the tram so it didn't disturb us in our room - it was in fact, very quiet.) We were close to Leidseplein and a lot of shopping and restaurants. Beautiful room - very comfortable. Definitely worth paying a little more for a 4 star hotel, in my opinion.
